Cancellation policy

Our simple cancellation procedures allow to cancel bookings at any time. (Some fees may apply)

As renter:

  • If booking was not yet accepted by owner, you can cancel booking for free. (Owner has up to 24 hours to accept or decline your booking, before it expires)
  • If booking was accepted, you can cancel your booking prior to pick up date, you will be refunded the amount minus commision fees. (9%)
  • If owner cancels booking, you will be fully refunded.
  • Once rental has started it is no longer possible to cancel the booking.

As owner:

  • You can decline bookings for free. (You have 24 hours to accept or decline booking, before it expires)
  • If you accepted booking, but want cancel it, you will have to cover the commisions fees (9%) associated with the transaction. (Renter who requested your item will be fully refunded)
  • If renter cancels accepted booking, you will not be charged.
  • Once rental has started it is no longer possible to cancel the booking.
